Class Schedules and Age Guidelines
Toddler Time on Main is a one-day-a-week
program available Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays from 9:00am-12:00pm
We’re open to all children between the ages of 2-4 years.
Classes begin the 2nd week of September and run through the 3rd week of May 2011.
We’ll follow the Wake County Public School System calendar for holidays,
but I’ll remain open on any teacher workdays that fall
on a Toddler Time on Main day. We will also follow Wake County Public
School System for weather delays and cancellations. If Wake County
Public Schools is delayed, Toddler Time on Main will be cancelled
for the day. If we have three or more cancellations we’ll
schedule a make-up class.
Tuition and Fees
A $50 non-refundable registration fee is required to hold a
place at Toddler Time on Main for your child.
Monthly tuition is $50 per child, due on
the first class of each month. A late fee of $10 will be assessed
if tuition is not paid by the second class of the month. If
you fail to pay tuition by the 15th of any month, your child’s
name will be removed from the roster to accommodate a child
on our waiting list. I will call you before removing your child
from the roster.
NOTE:
If you miss a class, Toddler Time on Main does not carry over a credit to the next month.
Guidelines for Parents
If your child is in diapers, please supply at least three diapers
in a diaper bag. I will have unscented wipes, but if your child
needs special wipes, you will need to provide them.
Please provide a change of clothing in a
plastic storage bag with your child’s name on it. Also, send a packed lunch with your child.
Our times will be 9:00am-12:00pm and we will be in the new studio location behind Daniel's resteraunt.
If Your Child is Sick
No child may attend if they are sick and must
be free of a fever for 24hrs. This is only fair to the staff
and the other children attending Toddler Time on Main.
Pick-Up Policy
Only you or another authorized adult is
permitted to pick up your child. Registration forms offer space
to list adults you authorize to pick up your child. If someone
who is not on your authorized list will be picking up your
child, you’ll need
to come in when you drop your child off that morning to complete
a sign out form.
Thank you for allowing me the privilege of caring for your child!
